Just trying to ease my way back into training, and like many on this forum, I don't bow to my watch, it's a tool to help me get better. That said, one would think many of the indicators would point in the same direction. But...
If I look at Training Status I get "Your current training load is sufficient to maintain your fitness. To see improvement, try increasing your training load by working out longer or more often."
If I look at Load Focus I get "Your training load focus is higher than optimal. You may want to try scaling back the duration and frequency of your workouts."
If I look at Training Load I get "Your acute load is in the optimal range to maintain or improve your fitness."
What's a person to believe ? Maybe I've been out of the loop too long and missed the notes on interpretation...
