Weird altitude spikes

For the past week my altitude has shown spikes. Up until a week ago it was correct and shows fairly constant 1K feet altitude. The spikes go to 23K feet and other random heights. Anyone seen this?

I've been getting these on some of my activities lately. Tried cleaning the barometric sensor under warm water which helped for a week but now it's happening again.
