Accuracy of Fenix 7 Open Water Swim (OWS) tracking

Hi, Has anyone been able to verify if the Firmware updates for the Fenix 7 have improved / fixed the terrible accuracy of OWS.

we were waiting for those with this issue to test it again when they started swimming OWS.

I have moved to an Apple Ultra, which is incredibly accurate, but I do miss elements of the Fenix 7

Friend with a 7 has got super accurate tracking on our OWS swims, versus the absolute car crash that is my forerunner

Unfortunately my Fenix7 is not very accurate in OWS.

I did the same route swimming and kayaking. The path on the map in Garmin Connect is identical for both activities. The distance: swimming 500m; kayaking 900m. The distance on Google maps is about 900m. It seems that Fenix7 has "stolen" 400m of my swimming track making me incredibly slow...

Yes it's bad in my tests it showed shorter distance.

What‘s your swimming style? Freestyle works flawless for me, *** swim not, because the wrist mostly doesn‘t leave the water to get a gps signal..
