I want to use the Race Day widget and Daily Suggested Workouts to train for a week-long cycling event - how should I enter this into Garmin Connect?
eg. the event is 6 days of riding 75mi per day.
I can't add a single race that spans multiple days.
If I add a single race event for the first day of 75mi I won't be training for the total milage I expect to do that week.
If I add a single race event for the first day of 450mi I'll be training to ride 450mi in one day.
Can I add 6 separate race events of 75mi each? Will the Daily suggested workouts be appropriate for the week-long event, or will I only get training suggestions for that first event of 75mi?
