Done 94 pools, it counted 100.
It adds a pool every time I check the HR at the end of a pool: I come to the end of the pool, I stop swimming for max 1 or 2 second, just the time to give a fast look to HR and pool count, sometimes I don't even put down feet to the floor!
Never had the problem of watch stopping counting pools or counting less polls, if it fails it counts more pools
Since the watch is extremely sensitive, it's better if you don't stop swimming at all (if you don't press the lap button).
I look only at the pool count (optical HR is almost useless for swimming…
My Garmin 955 is also recording more distance in the pool. It counted 50m as 100m yesterday. My 3400m set was recorded as 5000m at the end of my session. I used the lap button to start and stop my sets…
Have the same issue in a 50m pool all of a sudden. 25m seems to be fine. Have the watch since last year and never had issues like this :-
Today again, 2 lenghts more than real.
This never happened befor 15.19, I have FR955 since november 2022 and made about 4.000 lenghts without any errors, after 15.19 I have always 2 or 4 extra lenghts over 100 in each training
Garmin-Sierra are you aware of this?
