[BUG] An unexpected evening sleep that messed up the data.

On Sunday morning, the sleep report showed me a sleep quality score of 97. After my daytime workout, I had 75 hours of recovery time. Right before going to bed at 22:00 (sleep setting is 22:00 to 7:00), my watch informed me that my sleep was very poor, so the recovery time increased (up to 85 hours). Upon investigation, I discovered that I had slept from 19:49 to 21:18 (during that time, I was playing on my PC). Additionally, the data for my night sleep almost completely disappeared. The sleep quality on my watch become 58, while on Garmin Connect, it become 28 (why the difference?).

This sleep affected my Training Readiness and Daily Suggested Workouts negatively.
