New Audio Prompts during workout with 15.19

Is anyone else finding it about impossible to hear the beeps when you are nearing the end of an interval with the "updated" audio prompts?

I did Speedwork this morning for the first time since 15.19 came out. I miss the (kinda) long 'beep, beep, beep' that you used to get when you were nearing the end of an interval.

I'm listening to music at the same time. Volume not too high (at least I don't think it's very high).

Am I just being picky?

Also, any way to get it to announce your pace at the end of an interval? It gives you the total time for an interval and the pace is displayed (briefly) on the watch face. But I wish it would announce the pace via audio prompts.

Yes, mine disappeared as well. Havent checked the settings or tried a reboot yet. But just noticed that I wasn't getting my KM lap notification since the update.

Yes. I just did a sprint interval workout and ran into all sorts of unfortunate surprises. There no clear start or stop because of these design changes. Mine also told me how many meters I ran so i could gauge my progress at meeting a certain pace Needless to say it didn't go well as I was unprepared to mentally convert meters run in 10 seconds to mins per mile.
