Some Amazon music playlists are completely empty

I create playlists on Amazon music. Then using the 955 Solar I go to Browse > My Music > Playlists and select the playlist I want to download to my watch. It will then connect to Wi-Fi and proceed to sync Amazon music for a while. Some playlists work fine on my watch using this method but some playlists appear but they are completely empty and have no songs in them. Playing the same playlist on Amazon music via the computer is completely fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  • Just got worse as all playlist now gone

  • Yep this happened to me a few days ago. I can no longer see my playlists via my watch let alone try to download it.

All I can download is the Amazon curated "All-Access Playlists". Super annoying I can't choose what I want to listen to.

  • Talked to customer service.  Apparently Amazon made a change and you can only get your play lists if you subscribe to Amazon Unlimited Music.  Garmin failed to notify the customers of this change so we get to find out when our playlists are gone.  If you have Prime Music you can't upload your curated play lists any longer...............Bait and switch from Garmin about being able to upload playlists.  Guess they just want to sell more watches but can't negotiate with Amazon on behalf of the runners.

  • Thanks jumpers411. That solved the mystery. Disappointing. I already subscribe to Apple Music so don't want to subscribe to Amazon Unlimited or Spotify. Guess I'll just listen to the Amazon random stuff.
