Does anyone know how to interpret chat stress on the watch

The chart is above above 1074

Are 5 on the watch shows

And Garmin connect shows

I can't correlate it to the chart on the watch

I think there's no problem at all: your last 4 hours is what watchface shows. They are between the 40-50 score, just the same that your Connect app shows for the last 4 hours.

I think the watch shows an instantaneous value whereas Connect shows the average value for the day.

Correct.

rp1428: The watch says „last 4 hours“. In Connect the hours are marked with that dots on the x axis.
Only the last 4 hours look alright to me, compared to the chart on the watch.

BTW: Why the *** is your stress constantly so high?!?

Thanks The chart stress on the watch face doesn't seem to align with either though.

When my stress chart looks like that, especially during sleep periods, I'm usually fighting an illness (often before symptoms appear).
