HR sensor failure after update 15.15 beta

Good morning everyone, someone has had this problem, after the beta 15.15 update I have started to have many failures in the HR sensor, at times it does not read, it freezes or it gives me the message of the photograph, it will be a software failure or hardware?

    Silly question: have you tried washing the sensor panel on the back of the watch? Nothing aggressive - soap and water using a fingertip is adequate.

    If you touch the sensor with your finger for a second or two, does it start flashing?

    Are there any tattoos or moles under where you wear your watch?
