Heat Acclimation not working

Can I get Heat Acclimation from indoor cycling if I use the Tempe?

The Bike Indoor activity has the option to Record temperature, so I was wondering if its possible

I did a 70.3 this weekend - and it was HOT - but still showing hardly nothing

Same. I’m in New Orleans and have done several afternoon runs lately where temp was above 85. My training status was showing it decreasing…then it decreased to nothing and disappeared.  

My heat acclimation appears to be working. We had a few warm days and my graph started to tick upwards. It’s been cold again the last few days and it’s dropped back down to 2%

I’m on v15.12. 

I did a few runs and one bike ride with temperature above 22C.

I got only one 5% increase in heat acclimation, the rest of the runs did not get any "boost" - it's been droping since then down do 3%.

I do a BT sync with my phone before every activity to there seems to be an issue.

Heat acclimation also failed to register for two activities of mine yesterday due to grossly incorrect weather data for said activities. Garmin Connect reports 13 °C and cloudy when it was actually 26 °C and sunny or partially cloudy.

As far as I know, Garmin doesn't disclose which weather provider it relies on, just that "information is collected from the closest official weather station to your starting point" (https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=iSaDaYsypP3QYBVRveLXAA). Odd that the reported temperature would be off by that much. Location permission for Garmin Connect is set to "Allow all the time".

Using my Edge 830 at lunchtimes to ride outside - I get Heat Acclimation updates - every time. So I don't think its a weather station issue - as I would assume both devices are getting info from the same one (locally)

Yesterday I ran outside at 16:30 for an hour doing some intervals - in 36'c / 95F heat !!!! - and no update on Heat Acclimation

Recorded trainings daily, week in Croatia. Running and SUP at temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius, acclimatization goes down day by day. Temperatures logged in maps are ok.I do not understand.

   So it seems that heat acclimatization only works at home town for me. Now that I train at home, everything is fine and working properly. 

   Although I trained for 14 days in the seaside area in temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius, which were correctly written into Garmin Connect, it had no effect on heat acclimatization.
