lactate threshold still bad

I've had a lactate threshold recorded on each run since installing 15.10. Not all have been a change in value. I had no lactate threshold records since early January due to a bug in 14.xx. And then on previous software versions to that it was only recorded when it changed.

"Generally, the goal is to see your HR number go up and the pace number go down over time."

It will take a week or two for things to stabilise now the information is getting recorded.

Only one LTH update after 15.10 on 6 runs

Everything looks good to me. After every interval session or after a threshold run, I get new HR/pace pairs. Already the third week. The pulse difference is +-1 beat, the pace falls with the productivity of trainings.

Recording of the threshold works correctly, but why did the lactate threshold return to the same default value after a while

why do you call it a 'default' value?

LTH isn't fixed, it can go up... it can go down... all depends on training etc. Perhaps it simply WAS 165, and now IS 162?

162 was my first recorded threshold. Since then it has changed, but after a few days it has returned to 162 each time. On April 9th, we recorded 165hrm. After 10 days, I looked again and on the watch on April 9, 162hrm. Whenever the threshold is changed, it always returns to 162 on the same day as the other heart rate was recorded
