if I click on SETTINGS - MAP - MAPS MANAGEMENT, the clock freezes and I have to force it to shut down.
The same problem seems to appear at FR 965 and Garmin has finally registered the issue at 965 forum:

Which version of software is on your watch? Is it 14.20 or 15.11?

I guess you have installed/copied a custom map to the watch? For some reason that causes a crash with many custom maps, some seem to work fine... For me no issues with just the official Garmin maps.
yes, it's like you say, I had third-party maps installed.
