  • And HR still broken. Just tested...

How many times we should write about this? Hardware is the same as 965 so it must be intentional...

  • another new thing i noticed today after my run: there is an elevation plot in the summary data when i save the activity.

  • How is it broken for you?  I've not had any HR issues on each of the beta/stable firmware releases.

  • It is to low. Mamy people have the same.

  • OHR sensors aren't good for anything other than when your wrist is stationary / not moving constantly. For activity, I've had a little bit of flakiness with my Polar H10 recently where the HR would occasionally drop much lower than expected for a minute or two at a time, but I'm chalking that up to low battery in the Polar for now (the H10 was still reporting full even though the voltage had dropped quite significantly).

  • I’ve had no issues with HR whether I use the optical sensor or my HRM PRO+. Possibly a hardware issue?

  • Meh, they seem to work fine for some but they are indeed way more finnicky and unreliable in general.

Up to the 945 they seemed to work great for me too, even in intervals.... But since the 945, something changed. (DIfferent sensor not working well for me anymore?) Since then I always run with a strap, the Polar OH1+ because that's an extremely convenient one for me and no hassle to put on (I really dislike chest straps, even though I also still have a Garmin HRM Run)
