so, i don't know if this is related to 15.09 or has always been an issue that i didn't run into.
up until this week, i was using 2 CIQ fields: Battery Info Field, Strava Relative Effort. i recently installed Solar Intensity Logger. after doing that, i have the experienced the following oddities:
- in the ConnectIQ app (iOS), it shows i have 3 CIQ data fields installed (correct)
- when i go into my watch and the GC app, i only see 2 data fields available to apply to an activity (eg, Run) when i set up a data screen. i got stuck in multiple places including:
- not being able to install Battery Info and Solar on the same Data screen (2 fields): Solar Intensity is not shown as one of the 2 field installed/available although 3 are installed.
- i installed a solo field Data screen with Battery Info, and it turns out what showed up on that screen on my run today was the Solar Intensity CIQ!
not even sure i know how succinctly describe the issue in a help ticket with Garmin without a lot more further testing, but something is definitely not right here...
