Garmin 955 stryd connection issue

Hi all,

I so crazy when I have used garmin 955 and stryd . it has connection issue . My garmin 955 can't connect to stryd, I'm trying with many solution it can't fix issue. (To be honest try many way to fix)

The ways to fixe

1. connect with ant++

2. re-install all stryd app

3. remove all connection and reconnect

4. restart 955

5. input stryd id

6. update new firmware 14.20

can't fix the issue, Maybe I can connection and the next time it can't connect.

Anybody has issue ?

PS. the others watch such as apple watch,garmin venu or my Iphone can connection my stryd

I would use beta version 15.09

No issues here with any fw version up to current 15.09

How can I join to test beta version ? My garmin connect account doesn’t show “join beta”

It's under device settings as any device can be joined independently.

I've never had an issue with new gen Stryd and my 955.

Now I'm using 14.20 firmware

Have you got the data field installed? There’s a workout app and a data field in normal run Garmin app. The workout app doesn’t connect if the data field isn’t installed in your run app from Garmin. I have no issues at all. I’m on 14.20. Also my Stryd is connected to Zwift and an Apple Watch without issues.
