How to find out the running power zones?

Just sick of having all my running showing all wrong (always at the Z5) so was wondering if anyone knows how do I set up proper running power zones at the FR955? I have no clue and thought that the watch was, with time, adjust. I won't be training by it, but it would be nice to have it somewhat accurate so, with time, I can have a benchmark to compare against...
