Suggestion for better Move Alert function

I really like a move function, I sit and work at the desk most of the day and can use alerts to get up and move for a couple of minutes.

But the current Garmin move alert function is useless.

When I sit still for an hour I don't get any alert. But the moment I start moving I get the alert: Move!

Yeah, that's what I just did. Its so irritating, you look at your watch expecting a messaging and there is this crap again.  Maybe the reasoning behind it, is to keep you moving? Anyway it flips me off instead.

Anyway, I like the Mi Fit implementation.

Keep track how many steps has been taken for a given time period. Set a minimum amount of steps per x minutes, for instance minimum of 30 steps in 35 min.

If it counts less then that it will let give you an alert to get moving because you have been sitting down to long.

When you move for longer dan 2 minutes it gets reset again and you can give it another go.
