Backlight just stopped working?

Keypresses, gestures, light button. Just noticed now on 14.20 that none of these trigger the light.

Any ideas?

definitely seems like a hardware issue as i've never heard of this sort of bug among the many that have come up in the past 10 months. hope Garmin can turn around a replacement to you really quickly.…

flashlight also does nothing now. just a blank screen.

No problems with buttons and touch screen both triggers the light. I’m on 14.20

Yeah, i think the unit is dead. Will try for an RMA tomorrow.

i presume you've tried a hard reboot.

reset from the menu?

yes.

Garmin have told me to send it back to them
