WiFi suddenly won't connect on both 955 and 255S music

The WiFi connection on both these watches was working fine, up until last night.  I installed the Spotify app on my 955, and upload one playlist.  A second playlist failed to upload, and now neither watch will connect to the WiFi network. 

If I test the WiFi network on the watch or through Garmin Connect on my phone, it eventually comes back with "Connection failed".  The password is correct.

I have deleted the WiFi network, and tried to reconnect.  It sees the network, allows me to select it, but I always get "Connection failed".  I just tried my wife's 255S Music, and it is doing the same thing.  The network is set to WPA/WPA2 as it always was.  Phones and other devices have stayed connected.  I hadn't made any changes to the WiFi network.  Garmin Connect and the watch software report up to date.
