is it worth wearing the garmin watch just at night

I was given an Apple Watch and like it a lot, except for nighttime metrics - hrv is way off. I wear the AW during the day and for my daily runs. I like the celluar part of it so I do not have to carry my phone all day.

But I do like the nighttime metrics on my Garmin Watch, especially HRV (the AW hrv are all over the place from 25 - 380) If I wear the Garmin FR 955 just at night (I know overkill) I will get sleep hours and stages, along with resting heart rate.. Will my sleep score be accurate? Also, will body battery aand training readiness have any use for me?
