Power zones, how is this possible?!

Done 13×400m at 3:24/km pace.

Why 0% Z5?!

  • I'm also curious about that. During intervals sessions, I almost never reach Zone 4 and Zone 5.

    I don't use an HRM strap or a pod.

    Do I need to manually set the power zones? or is the wrist-based running power feature broken?
