Is there a way to permanently delete RemoteSW file?

We all know that RemoteSW file is a main cause of cold-gps tracking starts.

Is there a way to delete RemoteSW file permanently, so that we can force watch to find GPS quicker?

I think it is up to Garmin to offer a reset setting to download a new GPS file ?

This reset setting can be an option on the watch.
