Infinte reboot bug software version 14.20

Question

Got a notification that the 14.20 update was available for the watch this morning. 
 Watch starts up, is OK for a few seconds then reboots. There was no problem prior to the update. 
 How to I fix this. NOW.

Can you connect via cable to Garmin Express and do a soft restart when connected?

Yes Hold in the light button until the watch powers down , then restart it
