[14.15] Touch is disabled even it's enabled

Steps:

1. Allow touch in Walk activity
   System/Touch/During Activity/Walk On
2. Start Walk activity and stop it
   It will show items "Resume, Save, Resume Later, ..."
3. Touch the screen
   It will display: "Touch is disabled and can't be used on this page"

Point 3 is "by design" apparently... I did do an "idea" that it should be allowed to use touch there. (Not sure it counts for much but one can only try!) Been like that on all the FW…

FW14.17 still has this same issue.
I set Touch General Use OFF and Navigator activity ON.
But I could not use touch screen function in Navigator activity.

I , as you do, do not see why if I choose to use Touch I cant be assumed to take the necessary precautions . In the FR 630 this all worked fine!
