[14.17] Bug: Touch not work in activities if set general use touch OFF

My FR955 have just been updated to 14.17.

But I found if I set General Use Touch OFF then even I set some activities touch ON, it still not work.

For example, I set General Use Touch OFF and Navigator touch ON, but touch not work in Navigator.

Same issue on the FR965 on the latest 3.58
