Forerunner 955 doesn't vibrate during activity when someone calls me

I'm learning to swim and need to receive calls as I'm oncall for work. I've enabled every single notification setting that I can find and disabled do not disturb.

I've locked my phone and put it on sound mode.

Specifically for the swim activity I've enabled ALL notifications to vibrate.

Tested at home during a swim activity, no vibration. I see a pop up message showing the call but zero feedback very sad

Yes, there are more widespread issue with missing vibration. I'm seeing this also outside activities.

I turned privacy off with the notification gesture and now the watch vibrates when incoming calls. If you set privacy with the gesture of the wrist, you have to rotate your wrist while they are already calling you and then the garmin starts to vibrate but if you don't read on the display that they are calling you and consequently you don't raise your wrist, the watch will not start to vibrate.
Again....damn Garmin! every update starts a new bug...i can't take it anymore!
