Forerunner 955 in the sauna.

Hello,

Did any of you regularly go to the sauna while wearing a watch? If so, did anything happen to him?

I will be grateful for responses from people who have practiced it.
Please do not give me descriptions from the manual because I know them :)

not recommended by garmin, but since surface temp of the watch after 15 min would be around 50 C, so it should handle that.

Anyway, there is a plenty of other similar threads about saunas... :)

I have done it several times with different garmin watches - FR45, FR745, FR955. So far without any problems whatsoever. Room temperature sometimes over 90c.

Usually take off. It's also good time to recharge the watch. But sometimes I forget it to wrist and nothing has happened, but would not recommend regular usage in sauna.
