Heart Rate recorded on watch, not syncing to connect

First time I have seen this happen. On FW 14.15

I can view the heart rate from this morning while scrolling in the watch, but there is a giant gap on Connect. Same goes for Stress/Body Battery

Have tried syncing with Bluetooth, Wifi and Express.
