I swim 4x per week with my Garmin 955 Solar. Overtime, watermarks have started to appear on the glass face. I did not expect watermarks to develop on the glass face of a watch that's designed for swimming. Why is this happening? How can it be prevented? How do I remove the watermarks?

Wash it with detergent and wipe with paper tissue or a clean cloth. Alcohol also helps.
If it can't be cleaned send it for a replacement.
There's NO screen protector.
