i mean i don't see the graph in the widget on the clock. I practice mtb, road bike, trail running and hiking... aren't they good for calculating VO2 max?
yes, only Running and Trail running count towards VO2MAX. During trail running, VO2MAX is turned off by default, so it must be turned on. Cycling has its own VO2MAX. but there you need a power meter to measure your vo2max
