14.15 Map configuration error +1

The error that I already noticed in previous versions persists. If you have previously installed third-party OSM-type maps, it won't let you activate or deactivate them, it simply freezes in the "map configuration" of whatever activity and finally restarts. Exhausting. The developer should allow full management of third-party maps like other Garmin devices.

    Some OSM maps work and some don't. You have to find the ones that work. But I agree with you, the watch should not restart if the map is not compatible.

    Es curioso porque el reloj si que trabaja bien con los mapas OSM (calcula distancias, alturas,establece perfiles en Climbpro  permite navegar ,etc) pero no deja activarlo o desactivarlo , de ahí mi desconcierto . No se si la futura política de Garmin va por ahí y solo muestra los mapas optimizados ...

    A mi me deja activarlos. Yo los que tengo son los OSM DEM, de alternativaslibres. Y funcionan perfectos.

    Una pregunta: tienes instalado el Topoactive Europa o no? Yo lo he quitado y no se si tendrá algo que ver con que no pueda activar los OSM. Gracias

    Yo quite el topoactive europa, lo deje sin ningún mapa. Y cargué 3 mapas de alternativaslibres. Tengo OSM DEM DE ESPA, OSM DEM DE RUMANIA Y topográfico con curvas de nivel a parte. Y los 3 funcionan. Eso sí, solo activo 1. Si activas más de uno siempre o casi siempre tienes conflicto. Supongo que activar alguno junto al topoactive que viene de serie en el reloj te dará error. Prueba solo a activar uno.

    Bueno, pues después de reinstalar el Topoactive Europa, resulta que ya no se congela el reloj, pero a cambio no aparece el mapa libre de terceros que tengo instalado. Desactivo el Topoactive y me reconoce por defecto el mapa libre pero al no aparecer , no puedo activarlo/desactivarlo. Desisto
