Stopping the synchronization of health/vital parameters

On Sunday morning, I noticed that no health or vital signs were displayed in the GCM application. Although the morning's report was shown.
When I looked through the history, I noticed that stopping the synchronization of the above. parameters took place on Saturday around 9 am.
I thought maybe something had frozen so I turned off/on BT on my smartphone. Without result. I restarted the smartphone - also without result. Then I turned the smartwatch off and on again - also no result.
I looked through the forum resources to see if there are any works on Garmin servers and there is some "maintenance". I waited several hours and the situation did not change.

In the GCM application, you can only see the current heart rate level (but no HRV, resting), number of steps and floors.
But already in GCM when you click on the sync icon - it just spins and spins and spins.
There is also no synchronization of saved activities - they are not transmitted to GC or Strava.

Yesterday the progress took place when I connected the smartwatch to the computer. Then synchronization took place and the data from Saturday to Sunday was sent. It seemed like a one-time problem.

I haven't checked the GCM application and the status of the parameters over the past few days.
But this morning after reading the morning report, I realized that the situation repeated itself. Again there is no health/life data in GC, no sync since... Sunday around 10.
So since I disconnected the smartwatch from the computer.

I have not found since these problems occurred that there was an update of the smartwatch firmware. I'm not sure if there hasn't been a "GCM" update.

Nevertheless - it doesn't matter, there is a problem with the GC platform and the wearable device.
