Does Garmin sleep?

The most irritating thing is the indifference that Garmin is showing for what is happening. We have paid to have a product with certain specifications and instead we have only a plastic bracelet to take for Walking. When will you give us an official answer? You should at least apologize to those who trusted you

They are too busy planning to release the 965, laughing at us and expecting to buy the successor not even a year after this watch has been released lol.

  • This is a user forum, do really think you get any real attention by Garmin here?  Reality check! If everyone that is complaining would contact Garmin support and would insist on fixing bugs (lets call it defects as software bugs are kind of expected and accepted nowadays....) or request a replacement watch, maybe then the issues would get attention by Garmin. But writing here postings addressed to Garmin is kind of useless (I tend to do the same but it's more to let some steam of).

  • I don't think it's just like you say, when it suits them the character punctually intervenes in the discussion, a few days ago I raised the problem of some missing RDP data on 945 and magically a new beta arrived announced also on the forum, in the Fenix section some users have been rightly reproached for being too rude in the comments. Garmin does not respond when it does not have a publishable enterprise version. The current state is that the Forerunner series is in disarray, they seem to have lost the compass as opposed to the Fenix section which adds new features and fixes bugs weekly.

  • I have written many times directly to Garmin that they no longer answer me . In any case, the answer to every problem is always the same: Hard Reset which, as we all know by now, doesn't solve anything. I do not know what to do anymore. I've had this piece of plastic since June and find myself racing my old 645
