Installation custom OSM map and watch freezes

I just installed a couple of custom OSM maps from https://www.freizeitkarte-osm.de/garmin/de/index.html and https://www.freizeitkarte-osm.de/garmin/de/index.html. After that I started "map" activity and wanted to change the map. When I enter the "configure map" menu the watch freezes (fw 13.23). Even after a fresh reboot.

Anybody else seen this?

I removed two maps from https://garmin.opentopomap.org/ and maps menu worked as before, even with keeping two maps from https://www.freizeitkarte-osm.de/garmin/de/index.html. Then I re-added the other two…

Si, a mi también me pasa. Es un error de software que arrastra este modelo desde no se cuando y que el equipo de desarrollo de Garmin debe solucionar. No parece muy complicado de hacer y aún así sigo esperando

There has been posts in the forums that some custom maps does that. My mileage has been that everything just worked. Added Caribbean maps for winter holiday trip and they just worked and was routable and etc.

So this is pretty YMMV. And I think that it was with that map provider, but I might remember wrong. Search the forums :)

Y por qué simplemente no funcionan los.mapas igual que en la serie Fenix? Me niego a asumir que hay ciertos mapas que no pueda usar

Well. I don't think you refusing makes any difference. It's in Garmin's hand.

Ocho meses arrastrando este problema. Demasiado tiempo para una empresa con los recursos que tiene Garmin. O es que no quieren poner solución?
