Same issue with the latest released firmware. I guess it is an issue related to the measurement unit. If you look at the y axis you see very high numbers compared to to the current altitude.
I’ll try it but despite i don’t have the SpO2 tracking active the widget shows changes in the acclimatation altutitude in form of numbers. The problem is that these numbers are not properly shown on the graph, or at least this is what I expcet it should be done.
