FW14.13 high Stress calculation

Since I did the FW update 14.13. on Saturday evening my stress level went up significantly. My daily average was about 35 during the last week and now I get 50-60. My rest time is down to less than an hour even during night the watch shows a high stress level.

Has anyone noticed the same problem?

HR and stress are correlated. When your stress is high, your HR will usually be higher as well. I would compare your high stress, and the HR at that stress level, to that of previous days. If your HR is the same but with higher stress than that before the update I would think software. If your HR is indeed showing as higher then you would need to know if the HR is correct. If it happened all of a sudden I would imagine a software issue but sometimes your stress will shoot up before getting sick or some other reason. I have had times when the family is sick but I do not show symptoms other than higher stress and HR.

Hi Josh,

I really feel a little sick currently and have a little higher HR.

But when I compare the stress data to my Fenix 7x it shows significantly lower stress than the 955.

And I don´t feel like I have less than one hour resting time a day...

My training readiness value is also far too low due to the stress and the bad sleep core (because of the stress calculation)..

Switching to the 7x for 24/7 is no option as it is too big and heavy for sleeping with it.
