Best way to report bugs for final/public releases?

For the betas we have the bug report forums, is there something similar (possible) for the final releases?

Contacting general support doesn't seem to be too efficient, and would be nice to have a structured setup such as the beta bug report forums. Would be nice for Garmin too as well I'd think, so they can see what bugs they introduce with each release.

My 2 main gripes so far:

* Navigation to a saved location is broken, always gives an "Route calculation error. Missing routable roads in this area." error...

* Pause/resume an activity (at least in an interval) results in erratic behavior. In my cause the activity kept stopping by itself, I couldn't save it (hung on 'saving' and then suddenly I got the noticiation that my 'rest-lap' had ended and I entered cooldown mode after which the activity resumed fine. Could save after that...

But there are probably many more (as I only used this sw for 2 days now)

What is the BEST way to report these bugs to garmin?

  • I was also thinking about how to report bugs here, since this forum is full of discussion. Personally, I would use the following in the title: "[Bug 14.13] Route calculation error "

  • In my opinion this is the forum to report current SW version bugs, but people use to report their personal frustrations, talk about beta releases, etc…

your suggestion is nice. If we have a place to report bugs and people vote (like in beta) they should know witch one is critical, etc…

Anyway I suggest you to report here putting the SW version and the bug on the topic so people can see and talk about it…

Sometimes I see bad watch uses beeing reported as bug lol

  • The LHTR critical bug has been reported hundreds of times on this forum and they are not addressing it.

They just keep adding useless features and fixing small cosmetic issues.

    It's a shame
