Display average pace on intervalls

Lap pace under pace-related fields will show you average pace for the current lap.

Thanks for your reply. I know about «lap pace», but that datafield does not show me the average lap speed of the intervall that I’m running. I tested it yesterday, but then I had auto lap turned on, do I have to turn that off maybe ? 

Yeah, auto lap will mess with things if your intervals don't line up perfectly with your auto laps, since the watch counts both auto laps and interval laps as a lap.

Make a copy of run activity where you disable autolap and use it for interval training

Aha, understand, thanks. I’m used to Polar, for Polar the auto lap doesn’t mess this up.

Btw I have another question. I have set the watch to use Stryd for distance and pace. In Garmin Connect app the run also comes with a map of the run, meaning that they also record data by GPS. Can I be sure that the distance and pace data shown in the app is from Stryd and not GPS ?

Another one: On my Polar watch Strava would pick the GPS file from the run and display the GPS pace and distance (and not Stryd even though Polar record with Stryd). When I upload to Strava from Garmin, Strava shows the same distance/pace as in Garmin Connect, meaning that Strava picks the Stryd pace/distance and not the GPS data from the watch, right ?
