Running activity: route is not displayed completely

Hello

when I run and record my activity, after the activity, it does not show the complete distance on the map in the watch and in Garmin Connect.

It cuts out half of the distance and does not show it.

The green start point is displayed completely wrong, start and stop should be in one place.

I have the problem since 25.12.2022

Do you guys have the same problem?

Never had any issue with that. Sounds like cropped activity thanks to configured privacy zones (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/privacySettings), but you should be able to see the full route...

I have had that problem once, just today, with the current beta (14.08). The first 7.5 minutes of the activity were missing from the GPS trace, but the collected statistics (eg. pace, heart rate, cadence) did cover that period. I did have a full GPS fix (all+multiband) before I pressed Start.

I also had this issue once, but for me, the end of the track was missing (last 1-2 miles). I suspect it was because I assigned WATCHFACE to one of my buttons and went back to my watchface, scrolled through the widgets, and opened a Connect IQ widget while I was still in the activity. After getting back to the activity, the watch started to behave strange. The backlight didn't turn on for gestures despite it was set to turn on during activities. So somehow it got into an "invalid" state, and I guess it was connected in some way to the track loss.

Yes, I waited until I had a fix first and only then started the activity.
