Cycling Vo2 Max

I want to use cycling indoor suggested workouts but it shows that i need Cycling Vo2 Max? I see i would need the power meter to do it.

So the questions is, is there anyway i can add/input Cycling Vo2 Max to my 955.

You must have a power meter. I think you can switch between power meter and some other measurement for the workouts.
