No HR/Body battery in SW Version 13.23

After updating to SW vesion 13.23 the HR/Body battery dos not start after the watch is put back one the arm.

I update the SW, restart the watch. Works great. For 16 hours.
Made run with extern HRM-PRO the watch was on my arm with a thick blouse between the watch and my arm.
Took the watch off, took a shower and put the watch back on. After that the HR/Body battery dos not start.

The only way to get it to start is by power the watch off and on.
But it only workk uuntil next time I take the watch off and on.

So now for how to role back to 13.22 that has bin working great.

I haven’t experienced that since the update . Did you do a long press shutdown on the light button after installing the FW?

A long press on the Light. Then choose power off.

No , keep holding in until the Watch powers off by itself . After say 20s restart the watch . Many suggest this after any FW update
