Forerunner 955 is having trouble staying connected to iphone. I already noticed the update of the clock and the iphone, I updated the garmin connect and the problem persists. What to do to solve the problem?

Forerunner 955 está tendo problemas para se manter conectado ao iphone. Já realizei atualização do relogio e do iphone, atualizei o garmin connect e o problema persiste. O que fazer para solucionar o problema?

Same issue and no fix after talking with support for hours.

This what helped me from a while ago.

1. Forget the Garmin device in Bluetooth setting

2. Remove GC App completely form phone

3. Restart both devices. On The watch hold in light button until the watch powers down completely, wait 20s then restart.

4. Install the GC app to the iPhone and log in to GC account.

5. Re-Pair the watch.
