I recorded 2 activities that have a load value of 79 and 71. Rouvy (3rd party app) send activity to my garmin account, but I immediately deleted these records. Under Acute Load I see value 301 which is incorrect. Also, the value in Load Focus is incorrect (290). The main problem is that when I send an activity to the account and immediately delete it, it is still counted. In addition, my watch shows the load on a day when I didn't even exercise. That day I just tried to find out the problem, so I sent the activity from the previous day again and deleted the activity.
