Despite having touch disabled for specific activities, the touchscreen still works.
Acceptable: When stopped, save/discard screen still disabled, but touchscreen works on the normal screens.
Unacceptable: Touch is enabled after receiving notifications until physical button press. Touch is enabled for a few seconds after pressing start. (It's also enabled for the short period of time before the save/discard screen pops up when stopping an activity, but that might be more difficult to fix if intent is to keep stopped screen touch functionality.) This allows involuntary long presses on data fields for customization to take place beneath gloves/long sleeves, usually resulting in multiple timer fields.
Workaround, and perhaps another bug: Disabling touch in controls before starting an activity prevents any touches, even if touches are enabled for specific activity. (Fine with me.) Once an activity is started, the controls page only permits toggling touch ability for that specific activity - which is pointless if touch is disabled for the watch as done previously. In that case, the only way to enable touches again is to navigate through system settings, or end the activity and do it through controls.
v13.22, but this may have occurred with previous versions.
