Despite the last thread and garmin releasing software updates my 955 continues to bomb out mid swim. It picks up usually the first 1000-1500 meters no problem with various sets of varying lengths. Then all of a sudden like halfway through a 400m set, it stops counting after 100-150m and you continue the set only to find it’s hasn’t counted the last 10 lengths (250m) but the timer has continued therefore the lap pace drops significantly. After this happens nothing will restart the watch counting laps and you have to switch the the drill function and manually input the distance yourself after each interval/ set.
Getting very very very tired of this BS and garmin does absolutely nothing to resolve it.
is it a hardware issue? Then replace my watch or give me my money back and I’ll buy a 945 again which worked flawlessly.
the last thread got locked after garmin said there was a beta version and then a non beta version. FIX THIS ISSUE ON YOUR FLAGSHIP TRIATHLON WATCH GARMIN!!!!!
