Body battery question

I wear my fr955 to bed and then during the day till around 2pm. I take it off till bedtime.

now my body battery may be 55 when I take it off at 2.  When I put it back on at 10 pm it shows a bb of 55 but within 10 minutes drops to say 30. Does this mean the watch assumes I am wearing the watch all day and figures it would go from 55 to 30 if I had been wearing it from 2 till 10?

  • Yes, from what I can tell it looks like the watch makes a guess as to how quickly your body battery would have dropped during that period. My understanding of body battery is that it's largely driven by stress level (which is basically daytime HRV), so your stress level in the period prior to taking the watch off is probably pretty important. It should appear as a dotted straight line connecting the point at which you took the watch off to the point at which you put the watch back on.
