Have a problem with my backlight and screen does not turn on when touching the screen

Hi, Have you tried a long power down reset, holding in the power button until it powers off. Then wait say 20s and restart. Sometimes it sorts a few things...maybe you are lucky.

It happens during sleeping hours and never been fixed.
Have you tried looking at your backlight settings? <system<backlight<during sleep? Or <system<sleepmode? It may be set to dim, which you can change.
i already did it, and didnt work to fix the problem
