Cannot upload running activities with Garmin Connect

I'm not able to upload running activities with Garmin Connect on Android. Everything else is syncing properly (steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.), but if I want to upload my runs, I must use Garmin Express on a Windows PC with the USB cable.

I rebooted the phone and the watch, tried to sync from the watch and from the phone, be it's the same problem with every running activities.

The firmware is 13.22.

Is it a bug, or there's a settings that I missed?

I think this is a bug related to the Daily Suggested Workout. I always use the suggested workout, but today I dismissed it, and my running activity uploaded automatically on Garmin Connect.

I did a few more runs without using the suggested workout, and I'm still not able to upload them using Garmin Connect. So it doesn't seem to be related to the Daily Suggested Workout.

I don't know why I was able to upload that run 2 days ago, but it's the only one I was able to upload using GC since I bought the watch 2 weeks ago.

Have you considered using a wifi sync as an option until it gets addressed?

It doesn't work with wifi either. I see the "Transfer Complete" message, but the running activity is not uploaded.

Interesting as the wifi sync presumably doesn't rely on GC app or the phone but syncs directly with the connect Servers as the Garmin Scale does. Mega frustrating I am sure. Mine syncs fine via wifi when I walk into the wifi range of my home.
