It would be great if one could define pace bands for types of workouts and then apply those when creating custom workouts instead of entering the pace ranges each time.
Thus one would be able to setup define pace categories such as Easy, Tempo, Long Run and their respective pace ranges and then select form a dropdown when creating a custom workout.
As far as I know there is not a way to do this and creating a 12 week program, typing in the pace range each time is rather time consuming.
